Buying a house – that’s like one of the must hit milestones in a person’s life. At this moment in time, after having been through so much accommodation-related shit, I just can’t wait to get one to call my own. But obviously, picking out the right location is going to be as big of a problem as funding it would.

At this moment there is just no way I can afford one, but I can dream right? I know exactly how I want my house to be like, or condo unit, whichever you prefer to call it because let’s face it: buying a landed property in the city is just suicide. I mean, have you seen the price tags on those?! Cut throat expensive.

When I get one, there is just no way I’m going to rent it out. Like seriously, no freaking way. I like the quiet and I don’t think I can tolerate another person that I barely know in the house with me. So hats off to those who opened up their homes to tenants and stays with them. That’s one thing I will never do. Besides, where are my friends and family gonna crash at if I have tenants right?
