i finally attempted fried noodles after months of frying rice! and it's not as hard as i though it would be ey.
so here's the guide:
you will need the following:
1. 4-5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2. 1.25 pieces of those maggi type noodles
3. dark soy sauce, oil, water
4. any other food stuff, in my case prawns, sotong, vege and sio bak.
soak the noodles for about 2-4minutes before cooking to soften them.
now, first heat a bit of oil (just enough to cover the garlic) and fry it for while before tossing the prawns and sotong in (be sure to toss them in before the garlic turns golden brown). fry them till they're somewhat cooked then toss in the sio bak.
then toss the noodles in and also the dark soy sauce. estimate yourself how much dark soy sauce you want because it's entirely up to you =]
then loosen up the noodles and make sure thye mix well with the dark soy sauce and get an even colour. if things look a bit dry, add water to it (again, estimate yourself)
fry them till the colour is even then put the vege in (if you don't have vege, then you can probably off the fire and put them in the bowl already ey ^^)
