i don't know the whole story but judging from that video, i'd say the auntie is in the wrong. sure the young lady didn't give up the seat until she was asked to, but still, the auntie should've just kept quite what, why make such a big scene in public?
IMHO, no matter how you put it, the auntie is wrong ey.
