Books, Books and more Books

Tada~ so this is my small collection. It’s still expanding, seeing how I already have the first three books of the Lorean series; it is sort of an obligation to get the rest of the books.

I got three new books within a month and I have yet to finish The Joy Luck Club, one which I bought like, over half a year ago in Singapore. The three new additions are:

i.                     The Rise of Nine – Pittacus Lore

ii.                   The Five People You Meet in Heaven – Mitch Albom

iii.                  Secret Daughter – Shilpi Somaya Gowda

I’m definitely going to keep buying more books. I know there’s ebooks and audio books nowadays but nothing beats holding a classic paperback and just chilling on the sofa and read it. Fun aye? Or does it sound absolutely boring and nerdy? Hehe

I’ve always have this dream of having this mini library in my house in the future. A fully air conditioned room with book shelves lining the walls and stretching up all the way to the ceiling. Then in the middle of the room will lie the comfiest sofa I can find, with a coffee table for me to put my legs up (hehe my posture isn’t the most..lady like when I read, my legs will be up way over there or they’ll be sprawled all over the place). There won’t be a desk in the room. Well..because..who the heck does leisure reading at the desk like you’re studying for some law paper or something right? Haha!! But there will be an allocated corner for me to display all my Soshi stuff hehe

I know this is gonna be a pretty expensive thing to want but hey, a girl can dream right?
