Best Day..literally!!

Today started out really normal, but it sure turned out to be one of the best days this year! Even better than that day last week! Haha I was in a really good mood one of the days last week; can’t remember which day but it was the day Rock n Roll’s MV came out. I was really happy because I had a new song that was really, really good to add to my playlist. I ended up looping that song the whole day and I’m looping it now as I type.

So this morning, as usual, woke up and got ready and headed to campus to camp in the library (I think that’s why the word ‘campus’ has the word ‘camp’ in it lol). Anyway, picked a seat facing the wall and got settled down. Then I took a nap around a little bit after noon and was woken up by a lunch invite from a friend who was also camping in the library but I couldn’t find her. Being a person who almost never turn down a makan invite, naturally, I accepted and we went off to the cafeteria for lunch.

Then I saw a friend that I haven’t seen in months and it was so good to see her again. She used to be the bartender at my favourite café and she went back home a few months ago but she was back for the day today for whatever reason it was. She was helping out in the cafeteria after the café closed (cz the boss switched to managing a stall in our cafeteria instead) previously. Seriously, it was really good to see her again and I got a hug too! Haha hugs are nice! It was a bear hug, too! Haha saw her when I approached the stall and quickly set my stuff (phone, water bottle etc) onto the nearest table, just in time before she tackled me into that bear hug.

We ended up spending a longer time than intended for our lunch break listening to the ex-bartender talk and she even gave us some advices for the future. She said, since I’m so uncertain/undecided on what to do after graduation, I should go on a working holiday or just a trip somewhere overseas to do some soul searching. I think I’ll do that! I’ve always wanted to do soul searching since, well, I don’t know what I am or who I am yet. Haha!

And then after lunch, I got a call from another friend who I also haven’t seen in months that she was back for the day for her internship presentation! She needed to get her textbooks that she parked in my room a few months back and shifted them to her coursemate’s room for the time being. Helped her out a bit in burning the report into a CD and we talked a bit. It was really nice to talk to/see her again. You know, the two of us can talk for hours non-stop. Seriously, I’m not joking. We can talk and talk and talk and talk and I didn’t think for one second before I started college that I can find a friend like her! Like for serious, we can talk forever if nothing interrupts us. Our record is 2 hours nearing 3 lol. So yea, she was back and in a fortunate turn of events, we had dinner together too! Haha but it didn’t last long because she needed to rush back to KL to work tomorrow. In all the rush, she still had time to tease me because, I don’t know why, she will always have a longer break than me. In the sense that she will always end her exams earlier than me and even now, she will end her internship four days before I end my exams. iSads.

Then, the biggest joke (or maybe jokes) ever today is that the coursework marks for two of my subjects were released and I’m like..just staring at the monitor in disbelief. In one of the subjects, in a midterm that I was so sure I would fail, I did pretty well. Well, the pdf file was removed from the server due to “slight duplication in t3 & t4” but I’m pretty sure my score won’t be affected cz I’m in t6 haha! And in another subject that I’m super sure I failed the midterm, the coursework marks turned out not bad! Not bad at all!! I would like to thank our lecturer for being super lenient while marking our report cz obviously our midterms all sucked pretty bad.

After dinner I watched Now You See Me and that movie is so good!! Super duper, sibeh, chincha good!! Seriously you guys have to go watch it! I love this sort of movies! A bit of mystery, a bit of action, a super awesome car chase scene (which, if I may add, is way better than the car chase scene in Fast & Furious 6) and most importantly, a good script and a good cast! The casting for the movie is just perfect! Each fit the role so well and the script is really, really good and the cg effects was top notch too!! Watching this movie was like, the most perfect way to end is almost perfect day. Like seriously =]

oh..and this is Rock n Roll mv if you guys haven't checked it out yet haha honestly i don't understand the mv at all but who cares?! the song is awesome!! long live Avril Lavigne!!

oh..and i saw the most gorgeous pair of eyes today too!
