基本上

You know, I’ve always wondered how it was like, to be stuck in a place where you barely understood what they said and signboards were of no use. Today I had that experience, though I didn’t go anywhere far in particular, only a certain house at the other end of my row.

I went to watch a movie at my friend’s house today, something which I haven’t done in almost 6months. The last time it happened, it was at night and also a horror themed movie night but this time, it was in the afternoon and we watched a Thai horror movie, with 2 of my friends.

Ok, now let’s do some simple maths.

Thai movie = PPS

PPS = Chinese sub

Chinese sub = blur

Ok, now connect them. We watched the movie on PPS, so Thai movie = PPS = Chinese sub = blur. (yea i know it doesn't make sense=) )

Haha yea that’s was what happened this afternoon. When the Chinese subs came out we already burst laughing and when my friend said later we’ll end up screaming then ask what the feller said? We laughed even harder!! I in particular, didn’t stop laughing until almost 10minutes into the movie.

So in the end, another friend of mine ended up being the translator as she read the subs line by line throughout the whole movie (almost 2hours) and explained the more difficult words to us bananas. It was so much fun that I didn’t find the movie scary at all. Ok yes, it was gory but definitely not that scary, up to the point that I hide behind somebody.

Maybe the fact that we watched it in the afternoon made it less scary, and not to mention one of my friend was already watching it for the second time and every time she hides, something was bound to show up so I had some time to prepare for it.

Honestly, she screamed more often than we did. LOL!!!

Yea, I have a weird habit of not liking to put names in my posts but you can guess who is who right? haha!
