Normal: English

Italics: Chinese

Italics + Bolded: Cantonese

Seriously, you’re working as the receptionist and you can’t even have a simple conversation in English with a customer. I did not want to speak in Chinese because I know that they don’t get calls in English very often and I wanted to have some fun with them and their language (please pardon my mean-ness). It was a good laugh.
